Technically, it does. How else do you think Apple got iTunes to play music while you are doing something else? Apple only allow their apps to multi-task. They claim other apps are not allowed to improve stability. I understand that the Android has a 6 app limit for multi-tasking. Hopefully Apple will allow third party apps multi-tasking rights in a future iPhone update.

I know you can play music, but its hardly the makings of a multitasking device just like one screwdriver doesn't make a tool kit. I've heard that the reason there is no multitasking to two fold, first it chins the battery and slows up the device (which it does to a certain extent on Android of course) and secondly it is prone to crashing. I've had a few apps stop working on my Hero but they were tat I got off the Marketplace, nothing official or paid for.

Yeah, I noticed that as well. There was also a Windows 7 advert on the top of the page that I was directed to when I clicked the comments link...

Sucks, don't it? It's a product of a central source of Dennis advertising, which usually means totally inappropriate ads appearing in the Mac side.

Most people either block them or ignore them. That smug git with his nose in the air, though, bugs me.

This is why you should demand targeted advertising!

By profiling your browsing patterns, scanning everything you post and reading all your mail, intelligent advertising knows that you do not want to see that Windows advert! You should back Phorm right now to ensure that you see more relevant advertising which may be of interest to you!
