I'm not surprised, they were insanely expensive, I'll miss the Starbucks though, a lot of them are nicely situated for places I got to.

I used to work in a company that did the administration & you'd be surprised at the number of companies that are actually in administration but still trading.

Maybe Theo will but them (he likes doing that)
