True, but I agree with him (or at least this headline grabbing sound bite).

However while we have a blame and claim culture and laws that allow it, OTT health and safety is here to stay. People, councils and government departments in particular, are petrified of being sued.

+1, I had to watch a video on how to sit down once :lol:

The whole issue is basically an arse-covering exercise when it comes down to it...
