A very small amount by American Court standards.

Psystar have been virtually bankrupt twice already and will now have to pay an absolutely gargantuan legal bill as well as the damages. The actual amount to me seems pretty irrelevant, it seems very much like the judge thought 'how much is it going to take to tip this lot over the edge and make sure they go away forever'.
