I actually paid for an RS account. Was very handy when I had a 20-meg download (typically 17-18 meg download speeds).
As for BPI, seriously, they didn't think this would happen?

Finding new ways? With newsgroups and the like, it sounds like they are going back to the stone age of the internet They'll resurrect dial-in bulletin boards next  USB sticks seems to be the preferred method among school kids, from what I've seen.
