Why on earth aren't they making them as green as possible? Then at least they can find any problems. Also these homes will be out of date with a couple of years so what is the point?

I fully appreciate that higher standards are coming and for good reason but why build homes that do not meet the highest standards? To do otherwise is a waste of time and effort.
