Yeah, there have been about 5 cases of this recently. It has been a regular on Failblog.org for the last month or so.

I think all this can be traced back to Comic Relief about 10 years ago. They got Ian Mckellen to read out the lyrics to "Like a Virgin" in a Shakespearean style on stage. I was weeping it was so funny

On the fourth occassion, the guy co-presenter was reading it out and he recognised it that time and stopped her!  They also spoofed the show with a couple of other stories, I think one was Bohemian Raphsody. The God Squad TV shows have been caught out several times lately by pranksters.

I saw a clip of another Christian presenter getting rickrolled by the same method a couple of weeks ago.

ISTR that this presenter also got rickrolled... He was halfway through reading out the lyrics, before somebody stopped him.
