The Nanny State strikes again. Surely it's up to me to decide whether or not to buy something - I get potatoes and eggs from a local farmer who parks hit tractor/trailer in a disused bus stop up the road from where I live - no chilled cabinets, no H&S certificates, just good old fashioned home-grown produce.
