I wouldn't trust the Police as far as I could spit on them - since they lied about the circumstances of both Jean Charles de Menezes's and Ian Tomlinson's death.

That is true. I recently stayed at a small hotel where you eat with the other guests around one big table and all one man could talk about (who later revealed he was part of the filth) was how good Gene Hunt was in Life on Mars and Ashes to Ashes, wishing that they still had his freedom to beat the [LIFTED] out of thugs and criminals.
