The Pro has also only been available outside the USA for about 2 months, and then only in limited numbers in limited markets, so it is hardly surprising that it doesn't sell well.

It's been available in The USA for ages and it's sold like dogfood pies there as well.

So far it doesn't appear the price cut will be applied to other regions, including the UK and Australia. However, the device has only been on sale in many of these regions since May.

It might be still too expensive for most users. Until they cut the price here I think that many will still avoid it.

As such, Robins Geller is aiming to recover damages on behalf of anybody that purchased Microsoft shares during the third fiscal quarter from April 18 to July 18, as anybody that did so would have been none the wiser regarding its dismal performance

Unless the directors sold any shares I would doubt that they would have much of a case. Microsoft were talking up sales through out so would it be reasonable to disclose to shareholders that sales were dismal while they were trying to push it on punters? It also would raise the prospect of any company being sued if there are any disappointing sales. That is the nature of buying shares.
