Make a Fish and Chip Butty – Alternate a Fish Finger with a number of chips down the length a good baguette

Add Mayo / Tom / Tarter sauce of your choice

Try it, you will be surprised. It sounds gross but is actually really tasty.

We buy some frozen items such as peas from supermarkets. We buy some ready meals from our local farm shop who do their own which are rather good.

Its a useful standby and can be a great base for adding to. :D

With local farm shop ready meals they are probably the equivalent of what you would freeze at home so not quite the same as a Findus ready meal.

Yes the term "frozen food" is a very wide definition. Though if you only eat farm shop ready meals, and not Findus meals, does that make you a snob? ;) I will eat frozen meat, fish and veg and local farmers market frozen ready meals though not mass produced ready meals frozen or not. Does that make me a snob?

I am probably more adventurous when it comes to frozen food. If it were easier to cook from frozen than prepare then it would definitely get a chance with me.

How is it not?
Just remove from freezer, throw in oven, wait, eat.
