So... how are they going to combat things like Dropbox and MobileMe then?

I mean from what i've gathered, they log the IP of computers uploading files to the interwebz, then issue a court order to get the ISP to release the name of the person that owns that IP, then go and send them a nasty letter asking for money or a criminal record...

Which means when i'm sat at work on my laptop and I want something from my home PC, for instance an album i've downloaded from itunes, then they'll detect me as uploading music?

That just doesn't sit right.
