The Nokia case is going ahead, it could mean in the US iPhones cannot be imported (but could still be made in the US) and Nokia get a hefty chunk from Apple. They have also looked to replace the search engine from Google to Bing, which considering the Apple/MS rivalry shows how much more they view Google to be a threat in the mobile market to their demographic compared to WM

+1 It will do, eventually. Anything that gets too complex simply won't get adopted on a large scale. Simplicity just works better. It's one thing Apple are getting right, or so I believe (not yet having their stuff myself).
