the processes are already in place for the countries that use this

No.

We do not all agree about what we want.

Therefore we have to have a debate about what we want before we can decide which country to emulate and how to alter their process.

the biggest/largest/greatest benefit scroungers that we have in this country debate this without taxing or taking money and making a buck on this

For me it seems similar to the naked guy, while everyone's busy making statements and trying to change the world and standing up for their principles, I'm sure there are many people flying under the radar doing what they want. Not saying it's right, but if someone had delivered a lethal dose of something to him, I suspect it would have been unreported.

I'd like to think it wouldn't stop me if I were in a similar position, the time to fight would be if I had to defend myself in court for carrying it out.
