Afraid to ask about what, from whom?

So, you think it's reasonable to confront a woman in London and expect to her to explain the actions of extremists in Belgium?

i would accept if a question was asked it would be answered if the circumstance were in place at the time.
the answer was 'nothing to do with me'. answer accepted. but why the branding ...

Yeah, you know, like it's acceptable to ask someone wearing a skull cap to explain the actions of the Israeli government or anyone vaguely near a church who looks 'a bit Christian' to explain the Catholic Churches problem with child abuse or a white person to explain why the police in the USA go around shooting black people all the time.

First of all, are you getting your accepts and excepts mixed up?

Secondly, why on earth would think that it's acceptable to accost someone in the street and have them answer for the actions of total stranger in a different country?

questions within questions but no answers. interesting that when we are at war no one is willing to confront.
war as stated by the USA, France, Belgium, EU, UK, Russia and others. very interesting.

have a happy Easter and lets hope a peaceful one ...

WTF are you talking about?

We're not at war with some random woman, stopped in the street by a bigot.

I think he is referring to war against islam, and the lady questioned was someone asking a muslim why brussels was targeted etc as islam preaches hate, a bit odd targeting a random lady though out of nowhere
