So he says the game should have had a disclaimer. I will bet he is one of the 99% of people who never read the disclaimer on anything, so it wouldn't have had any effect even if they had put a disclaimer.

Yes but the corollary to the story is that it is saving him huge amounts of money elsewhere no dining out and he is getting great value for money!
