The only time I've had a survey ask me about my love life was when I attempted to give blood. Q1: Are you gay? Q2: Have you ever had sex with a man? Q3: Are you definitely sure you're straight, and have never shagged a man? Q4: Have you ever shagged someone who's gay? Q5: Have you ever shagged someone who's shagged a gay man? Q6: Have you got HIV? Q7: Have you ever shagged anyone who has HIV? In the end they didn't want my blood because I had an eyebrow piercing!  _________________

In Germany, they also ask: Have you lived in the UK in the last 15 years? Answer either question with a positive and you can't give blood... Think it is to do with BSE

I can't give blood in Oz because I ate beef in the UK during the BSE problem. Mooooooooooooo
