Hold on doesn't blinding the detectors momentarily count as leaving a trace? |

Their technique only works because of what sounds like a terribly lazy flaw in the detector design; i.e. they can't tell the difference between a single photon true quantum signal and a huge blinding laser beam. |

Name Fail - they should be "Quantum Crackers". They weren't hacking the encryption; they were cracking it. ![]() |

I thought Qubits could only exist in one of two states? If so, then by interfering you change it's state. So what about interfering again, before the signal rerached it's intended destination, wouldn't that change each bit back to it's original state? |
