What do you do when you lose your position as Prime Minister? If you're Tony Blair you jet-set, make moolah and sign a book equivalent to OJ Simpson's "If I Did It". If you're Gordon Brown you set the ball rolling to become a huge force for democracy on the internet.

 Doomed we are all doomed I tell yah.

Yes but it is a better choice than Tony Blair as middle east peace envoy. :D

will this be the sort of democracy that ends up shafting the individual and helping out big buisness?

Definitely if Cameron or Clegg joined, though could Brown return to his roots as it were?

No, just when it's at it's most profitable and needed, he'll sell it off dirt cheap

He'd create an overly complex system to tax the internet.

+1 I quite agree. He can't be any worse in that role as Tony Blair was in his. A Middle East Peace Envoy who had never even heard of Mossadegh. Gordon Brown could only trump that lack of knowledge in his new role if he didn't know what an IP address was.

Yes but not knowing what an IP address is, is unlikely to cause a war or result in thousands of casualties. ;)

Very true. He does appear to be in a relatively harmless position there. :D

Also do you think he will be allowed anywhere near anything important?
