I have a RISC PC which has an ARM processor and an Intel processor. I can switch between RISC OS and Windows 95.
So, not a new idea, but one of interest. Maybe RISC OS could be run on it instead of LINUX?
Can you switch between with a simple alt+tab? Or do you have to reboot?
No need to reboot. Windows runs in a RISC OS Window, which can be full size or run with no window chrome. It’s been a while since I tried, so I’m a bit wooly on the details. This was a big feature of the RISC PC at the time - running Windows and RISC OS simultaneously.
Give it a 68K as well... I had my Amiga with Mac OS and Windows running at the same time, under AmigaDOS.
