A Freddy Mercury biopic is being made, with Sacha Baron Cohen (Ali G, Borat) as Freddy.

Yes he could be. Looks similar in Borat, acts similarly camp in Bruno. Yes could be perfect.

I can't think of anybody else who might be able to pull it off, he certainly is flexible enough, but isn't he a bit tall?

You film it with the camera further away. It makes him look smaller. ;)

Nah, I hear they just start lopping bits of leg off until they are the right height. To make people taller they stand actor on chairs :wink:

Eccleston seemed too tall to play Lennon, but he got away with it by not doing an impersonation, but an interpretation. No mention of who is playing Brian May yet.
