So why did we go to all the trouble of an expensive report before awaiting it's findings? :roll:

Even if the current government (or it's seemingly Tory successor ;) ) had the guts to realistically try to stop file-sharing, you know they'd make a cock-up of it and ordinary people would wind-up suffering...
