Government spokesman Steffen Seibert said in a statement: "During a routine control of incoming post, one package showed suspicious features that indicated there was a possibility it might contain explosives."

but wont they be suspicious of the other ingredients : semtex, c4, white phosphorus, petroleum jelly and aluminium filings?
