Yeah, it's the stubble, but it's also the slightly weird intensity and feeling that he could go off the deep end at any moment... Oh, and he does an awful line in BS too now that I think of it :lol:

Any excuse to bring them out. :D It does prove my point that all computer bosses have their issues. I will not slag off Ballmer for that. It was part of the job, and american way of doing things, particularly back then. We just find it over the top here.
