I wish that was how my company worked. We've stayed in profit throughout the financial crisis but have had a pay and pensions cut. |

Thanks to them I spent 11 months on half pay instead of full pay (oil companies stopped drilling etc and worked dropped off). Then I finally got laid off for just over 5 months. Now my new job pays about £3k a year less. |
