With Scotland and Wales going their own way it's about time we, in England, resassessed how funds are distributed and on what matters Welsh and Scottish MPs can vote on.

Im all for complete independance for Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. IMHO England will come out quids in.

I'm pretty sure your right about that, which is why the Scots/Welsh would be mad to vote for it.
