I saw this a moment ago and just had to post it: In a breaking story, right on the very front page of the website.

Well we know what the lead story on the News at Ten and Newsnight will be now.
I wonder what gets bumped to make room, especially in the case of Newsnight.

I'm not sure if I'm missing something here as it is quite common for the BBC to have the breaking news image on a story that has just broken. No doubt whilst they are looking for a suitable stock photo. If I'm missing the point then I hope I'll be enlightened.

If one is diving so close to the limits that +/- 1% will make a difference then the error has already been made.

The typo? I saw that but it happens all the time, no big deal.

Typographical errors on a widely-viewed public source is a Neddy no-no.
