Police were called to Angela Freer and Christopher Steele's home in September 2009 and found four children half-naked and one, aged three, drinking lager.

Freer, 31, and 55-year-old Steele both admitted five counts of child neglect at Preston Crown Court.

The children are now in the care of the local authority.

They would have if they were tall enough to open the front door and big enough to carry them. :lol:

they could of done the same as toy story and went underneath the cones so it looks like the cone is walking with legs :cry:
