A gay couple who say they were removed from a pub after kissing should have left earlier after being told to stop, a former LVA boss has claimed.

well that has backfired on the publican

Quote:
Meanwhile, hundreds of gay rights' protesters are planning a "kiss-in" at the pub in response to the alleged ejection.

More than 700 people said they would attend the demonstration, mobilised on Facebook, on Friday evening.

Yes that is funny. I actually think that the publican is oversensitive. Most people are not that fussed about gays kissing (especially lesbians ;) )

Are you a gay man? Want to take your date to a pub? Does the man behind the bar look like this?

If so, you're probably not going to have a very happy evening.

I don't mind they were two men but I'm rather shocked they were kissing apparently an hour or two into a first date!

You must have lead a sheltered life. I know straight couples have done far worse in less time. Alcohol was an factor.

I guess the question is: Would they treat a hetrosexual couple in the same way?
I doubt it personally. Couples kiss in pubs all the time.
