According to Media Bistro, the application was filed two days after bin Laden's death was announced and covers clothing, footwear, headwear, toys, games and entertainment and education services. Could the Mouse House be planning a franchise based on their exploits?

Wouldn't the US marines have ownership of the use of the name of Seal Team Six?

Yup but the US military have ownership of the worlds SatNav, they're not adverse to making money of it. :D
