It's important to note that he doesn't "have fries with that" so effectively he's just eating two buns, 8oz of "meat" and a bit of salad every day. That really doesn't sound that unhealthy compared to what a lot of people eat.

If he had two large fries and milkshake every day, he'd probably be dead by now.

Yes but he blended them probably with milkshakes.
