So the Da Vinci Code is a popular book but not many people will re-read it. That sums up the quality quite nicely. ![]() |

Not entirely surprising, considering the books were piled high in most stores; and still sold out. It reminds me of an article in The Sun, or possibly the Daily Fail, several years ago; stating Mondeo drivers have had more accidents than anyone else. No mention of pro-rata, some hack obviously looked at one statistic and stopped right there; without considering the fact that every fifth car on the road was a Mondeo. ![]() |

Yes the fact that there were humungous piles of them sold would give them a head start in terms of books likely to be given to charity shops. |
