Well I think that the entire media were doing it to greater or lesser degrees. Though some papers were better than others. The Telegraph got its big story the MP's expense from a whistleblower. The Daily Mail was high on the list of data breaches IIRC. I do hope that this means the break up of the media groups with Murdoch deemed unfit to own sky and forced to sell his stake, even split News International up.
If they have Fraser Browns medical records then they are clearly overstepping the bounds. Financial records are acceptable as a way of ensuring they have not been corrupt or are involved in criminal activities.
