Apparently they were involved in hunting for Osama. So is that the end of Seal Team Six?

Seal Team Five were killed during Under Siege.

Yes it does look devastating to them overall. Though why weren't such choppers covered with flare dispensers or decoys? Also why have so many in one chopper?

Probably also downed by an unguided RPG. Flares, chaff or jamming would have no affect.
