It kept sending me to the beta page for searches a few weeks back. PITA. Everything was US-centric with no option for a UK based search. |

Google wanna stop tinkering with what's become the fundamentals at least - image search is now a pain in the hole for instance, and clicking the 'search' button instead of pressing the return key has recently saw me wondering why it deleted the text I just entered, and took me back to the original query

So they're encrypting them so only they know what you searched for thus increasing their profile of you (as you have to be signed in) & stopping others from using the search data to improve their services. Sneaky feckers |
