what really angers me about this is the fact tax payers money was placed in overseas bank accounts
as if our local services and infrastructure (roads) never ever needed the money in the first place
if British tax payers money had been invested and/or used within the UK, heaven forbid that British tax payers money be used for the reasons it was collected, this problem would never have arisen ...
