For a while, EA seemed to be turning it around. They made some good, original, high quality games. Some of them sold really well, some of them didn't sell all that well. But now they're firmly back in the 'yearly updates and try to crowbar as much money out of people as you possibly can and customer satisfaction can go jump off a cliff'.

Thankfully, I don't think there are any EA games I'm likely to want to buy in the foreseeable future. If there were, I'd be seriously reconsidering whether to do so.
