I threw a coin in the air and it landed on my head, therefore I shall throw a cannonball in the air and hope the same doesn't occur!

I hear that it wasn't a rocket but an army pressure cooker with rice that exploded. And the thing that fell into the sea was the cook.

But there's nothing to be embarred about, 100km is very impressive. In my eyes they look even more capable than before, I expected it would explode on the lauch platform

So which is worse. Kim-Jong-Gormless having nuclear warheads or him having the missiles to deliver them?
I'm guessing the former, but neither is good. Without the missiles there's still ways to use them.

That sounds like something you'd have to do in a Monkey Island game.

As long as they dont reach 300km I am happy! (no lie - I am due to be in Vladivostok in late June which is under 300km from the border :o )

Given their current rate of success they'll only end up nuking Pyongyang.

I quite agree.
Many nations have had rockets/space craft explode. It's a highly complex achievement to get things right in this regard.
Just because it's commonplace doesn't make it easy.

If I was a conspiracist, i'd say the star wars programme was alive and well. I'm actually sort of surprised they haven't accused the yanks of shooting it down. Having said that, that would also be an admission that their rockets were [LIFTED], so who knows!

What's funny is that I thought of the exact same thing.
