http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-18422204Devil's advocate: Over here at least regarding car accidents, we have properly brutal ads, folks' skulls cracking off each other, people getting crushed against stone walls etc. Do you think taking a similar approach to this would help, taking the censorship as far as it goes?

A few years ago I was walking through the new Frenchgate in Donny and I walked past a group of young kids, both sexes, probably somewhere between 10-14. As I passed them I overheard one of the lads say "so are you going to suck his cock or not".

this is beginning to remind me of the satanic child abuse hysteria of the 90's LaFontaine. Speak of the Devil: allegations of satanic abuse in Britain an excellent book about the issue

Ms Berelowitz sounds very well informed about such, err, parties?

Some of this sounds like hysterical exaggeration to me. Also, child abuse is not a new phenomenon. It is just that the Internet has amplified it.

I can't go into specifics here, but I know for a fact that what makes the press in Ulster isn't the half of it, so I can only imagine the problems on the mainland with established gangs or whatever. That's partly what led to my question above.

Absolutely reeks of the same hysteria. Whilst I'm sure that there is child abuse, and that it most likely happens (to a lesser or greater degree) is all parts of the country, these wild claims do little to reinforce faith in the those making the claims. Of course the Express and Mail will lap it up.
