About time. Some transaction fees I've seen are rediculously high compared to the actual cost of them.
I know Ryan Air abuse this especially.

While this is indeed good news I fully expect that some retailers (Ryanair for one) will simply move the charges to somewhere else so it won't actually be a saving in the long run.

In that example it's partly about price transparency rather than actual cost.
