That's 'rapped', thankfully. Or maybe not.

Sky was founded in some very dodgy circumstances never mind the fact anybody called Murdoch shouldn't be allowed anywhere near such a licence. Cosy chats with Prime Ministers? Implied threats to at least one of them?

It is not James Murdoch, it is the influence of News International. Force News International to sell its share in BSkyB, that would end the problems for Sky.
