I didn't realise there was a Nobel prize for stupidity and ineptitude.

The Nobel Peace Prize has been a bit of a joke for a while. The other ones do still have some value though.

Didn't we do well. Keeping the peace in Europe for 60 years, apart from Yugoslavia, and beating up protesters in Greece.

I’m waiting for a more military solution to Greece. I have a horrible feeling that it will happen.

Yes the whole prize has been a joke for a few years. I still expect Blair to get nominated for his work in the Middle East.

Yes and possibly the same for Italy and Spain eventually.

Does this mean that we've all won the peace prize and if so can we put letters after our names? I like having letters after my name. Nobel peace prize winner... No, too long. How about nob? Yeah, that'll do it Sent from my GT-N7000 using Tapatalk 2

Then you have the Basques problems with the Spanish, and French to a lesser extent: Irelands dispute over six counties (still in their constitution); France over the Channel Islands; Spain over Gibraltar (wonderful irony of their dependencies in North Africa); Greece and Cyprus over the northern Turkish controlled sectors of Cyrus; Greece over Macedonia name; Various disputes in former Yugoslavia; Ethnic rumblings in the Baltic states; France and Germany over the border territory that switched hands during the wars. Sweden and Finland disputes over islands in the Baltic; UK and Norway over north sea oil reserves. Most are minor and inconsequential, but we are not completely peaceful.

Well Germany hasn't invaded a neighbour in a while so that's a good start.
