I'm not going to ;) , but I could post a link that would give you at least 8 such sites not even named there, and a seperate one for The Pirate Bay if need be.

BLOCKING SITES DOESN'T WORK, IT'S THE INTERNET YOU MUPPETS!!!

I have at least ten proxies for the Pirate bay but this will not affect me at all. I do not download music. I am old school and rip the CD's to iTunes. I still keep the CD's so can rerip if necessary. The problem is that many countries are in recession and so the sales of music and films are a luxury and will be hit hard by a recession. Add in other factors like stupid pricing then you can see that the old business models are failing. Put it out at a price that makes piracy a waste of time and effort and you stop piracy. Also provide formats that customers want.

+1
I buy CD's and use Foobar2000 to rip them to FLAC.
As long as I've paid, I'll listen to them how I want.

I may have to use sites like that for ebooks as the ones I want aren't available in kindle format.
I'll buy then from a genuine source in whatever format they're in, then either crack them or download an addition DRM free version. Again, as long as I've paid for them so the publisher/writer get their cut, I'll read them how I want.

I prefer the traditional paper versions of books. Though the same principle applies. You want it in a format that suits you.

I prefer paper, but I can only fit a couple of books in my rig bag. If we're not busy, they don't come close to lasting a three week trip offshore.

Yes but your specific needs do point towards a kindle for those times you are on a rig. It actually makes a lot of sense.
