They will be the ones losing customers not the studios. The problem is that with the recession customers will cut back and find cheaper entertainment. In fact if you like computer games and are happy to play many times they represent brilliant value. Then add in online multiplayer and you could play for months for a lot less. Movies have to compete with so much else. I must admit I stream a lot of TV all legally.

so lets jump out of the frying pan into the fire

these companies are screaming loss of massive revenue because of P2P then avoid paying taxes (here and elsewhere) by all means possible ...
