My phone network has no problems right now. I have been able to stream TV and radio over it, though that might change over time. Most of the time my phone is connected to my wifi network so I have not been effected by such limits.

That says more about you than about her . if I saw a woman looking quite dressed up on a street corner looking at her phone, I'd assume whoever she was there to meet had just stood her up...

I thought that, but my network went slow and so I used 3G rather than wifi. 99% of the time it streams via wifi.
