Yes but what purpose does Facebook have if it is not for stalking? How many people go on simply to find out how their exes are doing and if they have gained weight?  I do see the serious side to this but shouldn't it have already been covered by harassment laws? |

Agreed, but many of the offences were criminal acts before just never enforced. |
