I was surprised to see my mate's missus use Messenger the other night - I immediately accused her of having an outdated affair

I use it for keeping in touch with most of my friends I play online on xbox with, my skype account gets used for work more than fun but that will probably change soon with the switch

I haven't used it for years. I used to use it all the time. In fact at the beginnings of my relationship with Nicola it was our primary means of communicating when we were apart at our respective homes.

It's been my preferred method of keeping in touch ever since I first got it some ten years ago. It's become a very polished app and difficult to fault.

I reluctantly downgraded to Skype when the pop-ups telling me to do so became too annoying. I've never liked Skype, and stupid things like the lack of email integration really bugs me. I can't even figure out how to have multiple conversations going :?
