That is young to have a stroke. I hope he makes a full recovery.

Gardener's World presenter Monty Don had a stroke at the same age. A full recovery is clearly possibly as long as treatment is good, and the stroke is not too severe.

My bf had a stroke in his 30s. He's fine now.

The husband of someone in my department at work appears to have had a stroke at the age of 34.
There's also a story on the BBC about a child of 11 having a stroke - clickety. Frightening stuff.
