I don't see how he can be investigated for this.
It's a mistake. I think the burns on his arms and his daughter are punishment enough.

Yes they are. They're very comfy, quite cheap and they're easy to carry around. They usually come with a puncture repair kit much like a bicycle one. I bought one from Argos when I first moved in. Just a shame they're not breathable. Or not I suppose. At least they don't absorb moisture. Which is the downside. Maybe.
