I am ambivalent about this. I do see the merits but shouldn't the competition watchdog break up the big firms if they hear of these sorts of problems as well? She will probably have a hard time getting the rest of the industry to improve. The Co-op actually do a good job in this respect but are small compared to the bigger firms.
